GETTING READY:

Time: 10:30am

What to bring: Everything you need for the day! We won't be going back to the hotels. There will be room at the house for everyone to get their hair and makeup done or do their own.

Of course, bagels, coffee and mimosas will be provided.

DEPARTURE: 

Time: 3:15pm 

Someone remember to bring the champs onto the bus ;)

"DOWN TIME":

Location: The Vineyards at Aquebogue

Arrival Time: 4:00pm

We will hang out in the bridal suite and settle in. The guys will arrive around 4:45pm and Kevin and I will do a first look around 5pm. The photog might also ask to take pics of the whole bridal party before the ceremony.

**At some point between 5 and 6pm we will practice a processional in the ceremony space. I should have more info on this soon but note that there is not a full rehearsal the day before**

CEREMONY:

Guests arrive: 6:00-6:30pm

Ceremony Begins: 6:30pm

Ceremony ends: 7:00pm

COCKTAIL HOUR: 

Begins: 7:00pm

Ends: 8:00pm

I think Kev and I will take more pics after the ceremony and the bridal party goes straight to the cocktail hour but will confirm.

 

RECEPTION:

Begins: 8:00pm

Ends: Midnight

AFTER PARTY:

Location: Craft'D Riverhead; 127 E Main St, Riverhead, NY 11901

Begins: `Midnight

Ends: 2:00am

We will have buses to take us there and back to either hotels and/or rental house.
